SANKALP – Aao, Baat Kare is an initiative built around a simple yet powerful idea — every conflict has a choice: escalate or communicate.

The initiative seeks to encourage people to choose dialogue, understanding and peaceful resolution before disagreements grow into disputes.

At the heart of SANKALP is the belief in “दो पल बातचीत के” — taking a moment to pause, listen and communicate. Sometimes, a simple conversation can prevent a misunderstanding from becoming a conflict and a conflict from becoming a long-standing dispute.

Our Purpose

SANKALP also seeks to contribute to conversations around inclusive and accessible justice. Through initiatives such as the #NyayBandhus platform, the importance of bringing ideas and conversations around justice closer to people becomes even more meaningful.

We believe that justice is not only about resolving disputes after they arise. It is also about creating awareness, encouraging responsible communication and enabling people to explore peaceful ways of resolving differences.
