Indian Mediation Federation Invites Mediators to a Special Gathering in New Delhi

SANKALP – aao, baat kare, is pleased to share the announcement of a special evening hosted by the Indian Mediation Federation (IMF) for mediators and members of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) community on 31 October 2026, from 3:30 PM onwards, followed by High Tea, in New Delhi.

The gathering aims to bring together mediators and professionals committed to advancing mediation in India, providing a welcoming platform to meet, interact, exchange perspectives, share ideas, and explore opportunities for collaboration.

A Timely Opportunity for the Mediation Community

With the Mediation Council of India having been operationalized, the mediation landscape in India is entering an important phase of development. This gathering offers an opportunity for members of the mediation community to come together, discuss emerging possibilities, strengthen professional networks, and explore ways to contribute to the growth of mediation.

The event emphasizes the importance of collective engagement in building greater awareness, encouraging advocacy, and expanding the use of mediation as an effective means of dispute resolution.

Advancing Awareness and Advocacy for Mediation

Awareness and advocacy are central to the Indian Mediation Federation’s vision and mission. Creating opportunities for dialogue among mediators, institutions, legal professionals, and other stakeholders can help strengthen understanding of mediation and encourage its wider acceptance.

At SANKALP – aao, baat kare, we share the belief that meaningful conversations can create pathways to understanding, collaboration, and constructive resolution. We welcome initiatives that bring the ADR community together and help build a stronger culture of dialogue and mediation in India.

Information and Documentation Partner

We are pleased to note that SCC Online will serve as the information and documentation partner for this gathering, supporting the exchange of knowledge and information within the mediation community.
