Sangeeta Mehrotra—Legal Professional & Accredited Mediator
With over 40 years in the legal field, Sangeeta Mehrotra is a seasoned legal expert and internationally accredited mediator, renowned for her ethical and empathetic approach to dispute resolution. She currently mediates for the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court (SAMADHAN), ADR ODR International, MAADHYAM, SAMA, and several other platforms.
Starting her legal career in 1985, she gained deep expertise in property law, litigation, and family matters. Since transitioning to mediation in 2011, she has resolved over 150 court-referred and pre-litigation cases, specializing in property, commercial, and matrimonial disputes.
An active trainer, mentor, and speaker in the ADR field, Sangeeta is known for her clarity, impartiality, and commitment to sustainable conflict resolution. She holds advanced certifications in mediation and negotiation and is affiliated with leading ADR organizations globally.

‘SANKALP – aao, baat kare’ is a dynamic initiative dedicated to fostering conversation and facilitating swift, satisfactory resolutions for various cases and concerns. Understanding that many issues stem from a lack of communication or understanding, “SANKALP” aims to bridge the gap by encouraging people to speak up, share their concerns, and actively participate in constructive conversations.
Through ‘SANKALP – aao, baat kare’ we encourage individuals to step forward, share their challenges, and engage in constructive discussions. Our platform is designed to ensure that every case is handled with care, urgency, and the aim of reaching a resolution that satisfies all parties involved.
‘SANKALP – aao baat kare’ will be doing community outreach events to create awareness about importance of ADR ODR and to make the left-out/marginalised communities feel that they too are an integral part of our ‘SYSTEM’, it will send online appeal to government departments/authorities/ministries to allow SANKALP providing probono services through their established infrastructure.
And to make SANKALP a self-sustainable entity, it will provide professional ADR services (both online and offline) to individuals and also to business houses, corporates through a safe, secure, confidential communication opportunity’.
